New Commercial Programs Available

April 11, 2011 - PRLog -- At Highland Financial Capital Group, we are dedicated to helping you secure financing for your commercial real estate needs.  Our services include SBA and Hard Money loans for commercial properties.  In addition, we offer cash-out refinances on commercial properties for business loans.  

Our other service, which we refer to as our equity investments, provide private investors the opportunity to earn more income on their money than general investing typically offers.  Our programs are structured so that after we have found a desirable Georgia commercial property, the investor will contribute the capital to purchase the property and then as it is managed and rented, the investor will receive a 9-11% return each month.  These investments are are typically 18-24 months.
