Nashville Hot Tubs and Portable Spas, Hot Spring Spa Dealer’s Continued Growth Leads to New Hire

April 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Hot Spring Spas of Music City, Nashville’s exclusive HotSpring Spas dealer is proud to announce a new sales and marketing associate at their Lebanon location.

“Our business has continued to grow despite the lagging economy,” said Kevin Croteau, the company’s vice president.  This growth although not unexpected is quite satisfying because we now get to hire even more great people to satisfy the needs of our ever-growing customer base.”

According to Dennis Croteau, the company’s president, “selecting additional sales and marketing associates is an important decision and we wanted to be sure that the person we selected fit into the “customer comes first” culture here.  Joshua Mackens’ great work ethic made him the perfect choice.”

Joshua is a Clarksville, Tennessee native and graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2010 where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Cum Laude) with a concentration in management.

The company prides itself on finding and keeping the best employees which is why we are also happy to celebrate Claire Feathers 3rd anniversary with the company.  Our clients appreciate the great customer service she provides on a daily basis and her attention to detail.  Claire is a Pittsburgh, native but loves the Nashville area and we’re proud she is part of the Hot Spring Spas of Music City family.

The company is owned and run by brothers Dennis and Kevin Croteau, both Wilson County residents.  Dennis started his career refurbishing Hot Spring hot tubs in 1992 and opened the store in 2003.  Kevin joined Dennis after he retired from the US Army in February 2007.

“When we started the business, we decided to focus our attention on providing quality product and quality customer service.  We have never strayed from that philosophy,” said Dennis.  “We strive to create new customers and keep those customers for life.”
