Waka Flocka's heart is real and it's huge.

April 1, 2011 - PRLog -- The Ritz-Carlton Buckhead Atlanta contacted Mizay Entertainment in order for Waka Flocka Flame to meet his fan Kiyana, who was on a Make-A-Wish Foundation trip to Atlanta.  On the day of her arrival to Atlanta, Waka Flocka Flame knocked on Kiyana’s hotel suite and surprised sixteen year old Kiyana unexpectedly.

Waka Flocka Flame hung out with Kiyana and was touched by his fan’s kindness and courage.  Kiyana’s mother Angela Lyles, step dad (Dennis Lyles), half brother (Dentrey Lyles), and grandmother (Carrie Juviter) were also in attendance along with Make-A-Wish Foundation reps and the Mizay Entertainment staff.
