January saw 217 homes listed, with 52 homes selling, making the percent sold for the month nearly 24%.  The average price sold was $208,823 with the average days on market being 158.  The number of new houses listed this January was twice what it was last year.  But the good news is that the average sold price is up about 7%.  Average days on market is up slightly also, which means houses have to be priced right from the beginning in order to sell quickly.
