NAI Houston Announces Acquisition of Independence Properties

March 25, 2011 - PRLog -- NAI Houston announced the acquisition of Independence Properties, an independent brokerage company specializing in retail investment brokerage services.  Trey Lipsitz, the company's principal, will be joining NAI Houston as a vice president in the company's investment division.   Independence Properties was founded in 2008 by Lipsitz, a veteran real estate broker whose previous experience was an associate broker at Property Commerce in Houston.  "With the addition of Lipsitz, NAI Houston now has a total of 34 real estate professionals specializing in office, industrial, retail, investment and land brokerage."

NAI Houston's commercial brokerage services include user representation, project marketing, corporate services, development services, investment sales and acquisitions, and a variety of consulting services for office, industrial, retail and multifamily real estate.
