Klemchuk Kubasta LLP hosts its 7th annual ethics IP CLE on April 29th at Woodfire Kirby’s

March 25, 2011 - PRLog -- KK-LLP is pleased to announce its annual IP Ethics CLE for intellectual property lawyers will be on April 29, 2011.  Professor Frederick Moss will use movies and television excerpts to quiz the audience on witness coaching.  Did James Stewart cross the line in Anatomy of a Murder?   What about James Mason in The Verdict?  This is Darin Klemchuk’s 7th year to host the annual IP Ethics CLE.  “Most lawyers find legal movies and TV shows entertaining, so building an ethics CLE around witness coaching/counseling scenes should be engaging, particularly because the program depends on audience participation,” explains Klemchuk.  Continuing the tradition of hosting the event on a great patio, this year it will be at Woodfire Kirby’s.
