EPE foam sheet extruder from Korea

March 21, 2011 - PRLog -- The PE(Expanded Polyethylene), chemicals and a blowing gas are well-compounded, melted and cooled inside the single screw special-designed for optimal blowing. The material with a shape of continuing sheet is coming at out of the die unit and they are passing through the air ring and mandrel unit for cooling down and sizing sheet, pulled by a take-up unit and finally wound by a winder. The final PE foamed rolls need to be matured.
