Elder Law Attorney Genny Bernstein volunteers at Ask the Lawyer Program

March 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Florida Bar Certified Elder Law Attorney Genny Bernstein will participate in a free "Ask the Lawyer" Legal Clinic on March 23, 2011 in Fort Pierce, Florida. Ms. Bernstein will provide advice on elder law issues;  Medicaid nursing home benefits; Veterans benefits for home care, assisted living and nursing home care; wills and trusts; powers of attorney; planning for special needs individuals; and probate. The event is open to the public and is sponsored by the nonprofit Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc., and the St. Lucie County Bar Association (of which Ms. Bernstein is a member). Hours are 1p.m. to 4p.m. The clinic will be held at the Daniel Harrell contact Havert L. Fenn Center, 2000 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
