Used machines for heavy duty (roller manufacture)

The Diplom engineer and experienced used machinery expert has already sold many heavy duty machines for Surplex. Factory closings like this one, when a leading roller manufacturer abandons a production site in France, are routine for him. "But you can tell that the machines originate from the inventory of a world market leader", says Kämpker. "There are only first-class models from SCHIESS, HEYLIGENSTAEDT or HERKULES. And when you have a maximum work piece length of 10m with a work piece weight of up to 70 t, you will be able to respond to any market requirements.”

The top offers include a SCHIESS K350 vertical boring and turning mill, a HEYLIGENSTAEDT heavy duty lathe and a HERKULES HDK 450 CNC lathe. They have been – just like the other 13 machines – been used to manufacture back-up rolls and work rolls for cold rolling mills, narrow strip roll stands, aluminium plants or foil rolling mills. And the price? Kämpker laughs: ”Make a reasonable purchase request and I will immediately give you a reasonable price“. And he adds: ”The cost/performance ratio is optimal. I am completely standing behind this offer.“

The 16 heavy duty machines – all of them still assembled and immediately available – can be viewed on a short notice after an arrangement with Mr. Kämpker.
