Tectura Announces Divestiture of Subsidiary

March 8, 2011 - PRLog -- San Mateo, California USA — Tectura Corporation, a leading global provider of business consulting services and implementation and integration  services relating to Microsoft Dynamics technologies and products, announced today that it has divested as of February 28, 2011 its 51% interest in Tectura GmbH, Berlin to Uwe Bergmann, who now owns 100% of Tectura Berlin.  Tectura Berlin also owns a majority interest in Tectura Dresden.  Tectura Berlin and Tectura Dresden focus on providing Microsoft Dynamics technologies and products and services related to those and other technology products to businesses in the eastern region of Germany.

In connection with the stock transfer, the companies have entered into a partner agreement that will allow the companies to share certain technologies owned by each other and to collaborate on certain client engagements in the future to bring maximum value to their respective clients.

Tectura Berlin and Tectura Dresden expect to change the names of the entities not later than the end of May 2011.
