Manhattan DWI Attorney Announces Not Guilty Verdict in Case Where Client Blew a .22 on Breathalyzer

R.S took almost two years to go to trial. At trial, the prosecution introduced evidence that the defendant was operating a vehicle with his blood alcohol content of .22, almost three times the legal limit. After a three day trial, the jury reached a unanimous verdict of NOT GUILTY of all charges agains the client. Through cross examination. Mr. Discioarro was able to show that the prosecution had not met its burden of proof and the machine cannot be trusted.
