    My husband and I recently received this crib as a gift for our first child. The right side of the changing table was damaged during transit, however I spoke with customer service at Delta and they are replacing it free of charge. My personal experience with Delta, so far, has been great. The representative was very pleasant.

As far as putting the crib itself together, it took my husband and I about an hour and a half to finish the entire thing (we went ahead and used the damaged piece because it'll be very easy to take off and replace once the new piece gets here). Personally, again, I thought it was just as easy as anything else I've put together myself. Absolutely no idea why it's taking some people 2 days (not to mention bloodshed) to do this.

Overall, it seems good and sturdy where it needs to be (i.e. not the hamper or trundle, those won't bear any weight anyway), and it looks really great in the nursery!

    This crib was very easy to put together, It looks so good in person. The hamper is nice and deep. Plenty of places to put extra clothes and diapers. The under the crib drawer is perfect for blankets or items that you won't need for a bit,

    For the price of this bed, it is a bargain. Assembly is not hard at all, like many of the reviews that I read. The finished product is a very attractive crib.
