CFH Payroll Solution Benefits From Latest Advances In Online Document Management Technology

March 2, 2011 - PRLog -- A payroll solution which benefits from the latest advances in on-line document management technology has been introduced by CFH Total Document Management Ltd.
Using a fully managed website portal, the solution allows employees to log in and view their payslips and related details.

The new website and print solution can accommodate more than 300,000 users with each user being given a unique username and password. Employees are able to log in to their own personal inbox and view or print their payslips, as well as change their preferences.
Preferences include the ability to change passwords, answer memorable questions or choose to opt in or out of receiving a printed payslip. The Payslip and P60 images are created from the payslip data files in the same way a printed payslip image is created.  They are then stored in the CFH DocStore facility and can be called by the website when requested by a user.

CFH Total Document Management currently produces and delivers 8.8 million payment-related documents per annum, including payslips, reports, P45, P60 and P11D. It was one of the first companies to introduce an on-line payroll service as part of its document management package.

The website provides two distinct areas of functionality, the payslip inbox and
preferences and administration incorporating user management and reporting.

Mandatory information held for each user includes:

•   Employee ID
•   Email address
•   Memorable question/answer (for lost passwords)
•   Password
•   Payslip delivery preference (soft or hard copy)

Reporting statistics are made available to authorised administrators showing
information such as:

•   Total number of online users
•   Active users
•   Delivery preference options
•   Payslips in the system

Other reporting options can be added as required.
