The Lean Six-Sigma International Conference was successfully concluded in Hyderabad on 28-Feb-11

March 2, 2011 - PRLog -- The Lean Six-Sigma International Conference was successfully concluded in Hyderabad on 28th February 2011. This conference was organized by Computer Society of India and Kinduz in collaboration and was supported by Knewron, a Pune based Knowledge Service firm. The central theme of this convention was - ‘Delivering Customer and Organizational Value using Lean Six Sigma’. Over a period of two days, attendees were engaged in vibrant benchmarking sessions, interactions with nationally recognized thought leaders and success stories of Lean and Six-Sigma.

   Quality leaders from many industries participated in the conference. During the conference Mr. Clyde Parker (Star SixSigma), Mr. Anand Tamboli (Knewron), Ms. Soni (Tata Steel), Mr. Vineet S. (Max New York Life Insurance), Mr. Malolan S. (Cognizant), Mr. S. N. Murthy (Ernst & Young), Major General P. K. Jaggia (Commandant MCME), Ms. Rama Bhagi (Wipro), Mr. Pandey (Nokia Siemens Network) and many other speakers presented their views on Quality and Lean Six-Sigma.

Mr. Anand Tamboli delivered one of the key session during the conference on Value : The Paradigm Shift. It was focussed on identifying issues related to use of value as a proposition, essential requirements to identify value and how Lean and Six-Sigma can help in simplifying process of value identification. Many strategies to embrace and deliver customer-value, approach to be taken by an organization, various challenge faced and possible workarounds were also discussed during the session.

   The conference was held at Marri Chenna Reddy HRD Institute (MCR HRD), Hyderabad-India on 26th & 27th February 2011.
