In Memoriam: Jane Barker, Musicorp Sales Representative

Feb. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Musicorp, a leading distributor and manufacturer of musical instruments, lighting products and accessories, is very saddened to announce the passing of Musicorp Sales Representative Jane Barker on January 24th 2011, after a brave battle with cancer.

Barker, with almost 33 years of service to Midco and Musicorp, played an integral part in the company’s growth and success. A team leader in every way, she had a remarkable talent of building and maintaining relationships, and a relentless quest for excellence in customer service. Despite her own personal health issues, she remained an inspiration with her amazing positive attitude and perspective in the face of adversity. A talented pianist and organist, she dedicated each week to sharing this gift by playing at her church and teaching piano lessons.

Dan Roberts, Vice President stated, “Jane was a wonderful salesperson for Musicorp and Midco for over 30 years.  She loved working with her customers and they loved working with her.  Jane’s positive attitude and demeanor was always inspirational, and she will long be remembered, as she leaves behind many close friends in the music industry.”
