Feb. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Instead of saying “You look so fat”, people would rather ask; “Have you been lose some weights since I last seen you?” Even though, that person is still fat, they have not lost any weights, but he/she would still happy, when they heard the question.

In third world countries, fat represents luxury, rich, wealth…etc. In our society fat means obesity, poor, laziness, no one like to be fat or being called fat.  Instead of using the word “fat”, they rather use the word overweight, chubby…etc. Nevertheless, fat or overweight, means the same.

The problem of overweight is not just about shame or about confident, more importantly, it is about health. Overweight often causes cancer, diabetes, heart diseases…etc. Overweight is killing thousands of life every year.  

It is hard to be active when your whole body is three times heavier than an average person. It is hard to be healthy when your over weight body is waiting to trigger all kind of diseases.

We all know that health is more important than money as Izaak had said “Look to your health; and if you have it, praise God and value it next to conscience; for health is the second blessing that we mortals are capable of, blessing money can't buy.”Izaak Walton (1593 - 1683). We also know that overweight is unhealthy, so are we going to do anything about it? What are we going to do about it? How are we putting it under control?  

Fortunately, we do have solutions for overweight. There are plenty of techniques and solutions to help people to lose weight. However, the resource is overwhelming that it is hard for us to know what to chose. Therefore, I have chosen three websites to review.
