Surflight to share plans for 2011 Season at State of the Chamber this Thursday

Feb. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- The State of the Chamber, the Long Beach Island Region;s premiere business event has added Roy Miller to it's impressive line up of speakers. The Surflight Theater has been undergoing restructuring since it announced that the 61 year old theater was struggling with financial obligations.

In addition to Roy Miller's sneak peak announcement; attendees will benefit from keynote speaker,Joel Naroff, Phd. This nationally recognized economic forecaster is back by popular demand to address the membership on the current and future business climate in New Jersey, U.S and on a global level. Joel is often quoted in the national press, including Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today and Business Week. Internationally, British, French, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Brazilian and Chilean news agencies quote his materials. He appears frequently on CNBC, Fox Business News and Bloomberg Television.  Representation from all of the municipalities in Southern Ocean County have been invited to speak along with Ocean County Freeholders and Grace Hanlon, newly appointed Director of NJ Division of  Travel and Tourism.

The  seventh annual State of the Chamber will take place February 24 from 8:30 am to 1: 30 pm at the Holiday Inn, Rt 72 Manahawkin. A $40 fee includes continental breakfast and buffet lunch.
