My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
A comprehensive sales proposal was provided via email to me in response to my request to numerous dealers in the area. This provided an excellent starting point for negotiations at the dealership.

Randy Ycmat was friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle, 2011 Infinite M37S. He familiarized me with all aspects of vehicle operation and even offered to visit me at my home to help with vehicle programming issues such as garage door opener and NAV. (I was able to adapt to the new vehicle with the help of the owner's manuals.)

The dealership facility was upscale and comfortable.

Upon delivery, the vehicle had been carefully detailed and presented to me with great fanfare and congratulations by at least 6 staff members.

Negotiations appeared honest and straight forward, void of the gamesmanship I had anticipated.

The sale occurred in August 2010. I am remiss in not responding until now, but wanted to wait until I was totaly familiar with the vehicle and satisfied any problems were properly addressed. There were none. I am not having the vehicle serviced there, however, due to the one hour drive involved. I am now a service client of Niello Infiniti in Concord which so far also appears to be professional and courteous.

At the end of the 3 year lease, I hope to be able to make a similarly positive assessment relative to fairness in dealing with mileage, residual, vehicle condition and penalties. I will keep this website in my file.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
Todd Ritter provided excellent service, he was very courteous and I appreciated his no pressure sales approach. Additionally, Trent Smith also provided excellent service and the paperwork process was expedited efficiently and knowedgeably, ensuring that I left the dealership feeling confident in my decision. Both Todd and Trent really made my car buying experience at Infiniti one of the easiest I've experienced when purchasing a new vehicle.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
I bought my G35 from Infiniti of Elk Grove 2 years back. I never got a 'reconnect' done with them, but recently a sales person offered that too. Since then I have been driving 30 miles to them to get my car serviced. They are very professional and listen to my problems carefully. It is easy to schedule an appointment with them and if needed they offer the rental car too. Most of the problems I tell them get addressed, and I am positive they will fix the recurring ones in my future service. My service personnal is very pleasant and friendly to talk to. They take good care of their customers, which, as a luxury car owners we would expect.
Overall, its a good experience and I keep driving to them to have my car serviced.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
Warranty work completed quick & as promised. In fact additional work (Minor) performed as a courtsy to me. Service appointment worked well, work done when promised and car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up. Great service all around, service writer was friendly and called when the car was done.
