Universal Staffing Survey Results Available

Feb. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Point Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce publication of the results of the survey to concerning the recent trend in financial institutions towards developing branch staff to perform multiple kinds of work and provide multiple services: Universal Staffing.  Point Enterprises conducted the survey to better understand the trend and gain an understanding of how many, and how far along, different institutions are in this process.

54 financial institutions across North America responded to the survey. While more is always better, it was enough to product some interesting results. The survey looked at
