Definitive Barbados Property Guide Now Available

Feb. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- CHRIST CHURCH, BARBADOS  – Terra Caribbean has released its fourth annual publication of The Red Book®. The Red Book® is a comprehensive review of real estate available in Barbados. This year’s edition comprises property from a price point of approximately US $62,500 to well over US $10 million; including both residential and commercial real estate. The book has continually grown more robust since it was first published in 2008 and the 2011 issue is in fact the largest.

The Red Book® highlights key property developments on the island, and also features “The Pink Pages” which offer more detailed examination of issues affecting the local real estate market. As in previous editions, the contributors to the Pink Pages are a mixture of Terra Caribbean professionals including Andrew Mallalieu, Hayden Hutton and Genevieve Seaman this year; as well as external experts.
