Feb. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- For everybody who feels that dancing Tango is more than sticking to basic steps and memorizing prefabricated figures, Wolfgang Sandt´s Tango classes are a real opportunity to regain the fun of dancing. In his Tango lessons Wolfgang Sandt creates an atmosphere of fun from the very beginning. He makes dancing Tango easy leading it back to its basic elements which can be learned easily and can be danced with joy.
His most important goal is to show his students to dance in harmony and without stress not only in the safety of the dance school or while exercising in their living room but on the dance floor getting along with all the other dancers.
Wolfgang is a born teacher, who imparts to his students with patience, artistic creativity and a lot of humour the joy for those things, that fill him with enthusiasm. Wolfgang has been dancing tango since 1994. Among his teachers are Gustavo Naveira and Giselle Anne, Fabian Salas and Carolina del Rivero, Mariano"Chicho" Frumboli and Eugenia Parilla, Kely and Facundo Posadas, Amira Campora, Metin Yazir, Graciela Gonzalez, Nestor Ray, Gloria and Eduardo Arquimbau, Yvonne Meissner and Eduardo Aquirre, Ruben Terbalca and many others. For him it is important not to teach figures and steps, but to impart to his students the ability to recognize the structure of the dance and its different elements, thus giving them the ability to invent playfully their own, always new "figures". Consequence of this is a concept for a "dialogue of the dancers ", where there are (almost) no "wrong steps". This is certainly an excellent presupposition to have lots of joy with Argentine tango even as a beginner.
A part of the workshop, held by Annette Greifenhagen, will be dedicated to ladies technique. Annette has been dancing Argentine Tango for more than 18 years and is an excellent teacher. Ladies will move measurably better and with more confidence after having participated in her class.
