Another Successful ROTOCONTROL RSC Slitter/Rewinder Installation In South Africa

Feb. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Ahrensburg, Germany  – ROTOCONTROL today announced another successful RSC Slitter/Rewinder machine installation in South Africa at Uniprint, the largest empowerment printer in the region. Pascal Aengenvoort, Director from ROTOTEC, the local Agent for ROTOCONTROL throughout South Africa and Manohar Dhugga, ROTOCONTROL Field Applications Engineering Manager were on-site during the machine set-up and installation.

Liam Gibson, Uniprint Technical/Production Manager commented:  “This is our first ROTOCONTROL Slitter/Rewinder machine in the factory.  The production team is pleased with the smooth installation and successful production results from the advanced S-Drive Servo Technology capability to run our unsupported film material.  As our production needs continue to grow, we plan to utilize more ROTOCONROL finishing machine technology.”

Ten ROTOCONTROL finishing machines were successfully installed in South Africa in the last year at various industry-leading Converters.  ROTOCONTROL anticipates another successful year for ROTOTEC in South Africa.
