Sustainable Construction Services Rated top percentile nationally for Customer recommendation.

Feb. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- According to Current GuildQuality customer survey responses.  100% of customers state they they would be very likely to recommend Sustainable constructions to others.   This response rate receive a grade of 4 (out of 4) compared to an national average for Remodelers Advantage member firms of 3.73.   Additionally, 100% also state that they see themselves as “clients for life”.  Overall, recommendation rating for the firm stands at an impressive 100% which again is at the top percentile.

These very impressive results are the result of very hard work and care by the company.  All customers are surveyed and the results are closely monitored as part of the company’s management plan.

According to Daniel Glickman (Company CEO). 40% of work is ordered by repeat clients, and over 20% by referrals.  “we almost spend nothing on marketing” says Glickman “we believe that our clients and community are the best source for work, and as a philosophy we don’t believe that we should be spending our clients money on ads in fancy magazines”.
