Gold Circle Builders Inc. Sees More Activity in 2011

Feb. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Charles Blumenkehl, president of Gold Circle Builders, Inc said his company is seeing more remodeling activity in 2011. According to Blumenkehl, the company is doing complete home remodels in Passaic, Hudson and Essex counties which they plan to complete by the end of the first quarter of 2011.

According to Blumenkehl, "There has been a great deal of opportunity that is becoming available in the foreclosure segment of the construction market focused on rehabilitating housing that may have been vacant for 12 months or more. As these properties are deeded back to their lenders, the lender will rely on us to enhance the value of their property through rehabilitation of the property. This could include as little as a paint job and making sure the systems are working properly to replacing the roof, siding, kitchens, to total gutting of a house and rebuilding it from inside out."

Blumenkehl continued, "As more and more of these opportunities present themselves, the demand for various trades and tradesman will help the employment and economic recovery. By virtue of our constant flow of work, we are maintaining a higher number of tradesman on staff than we did for the past number of years."
