In the Scrum framework, this role is called "Scrum Master" as a constant reminder of the differences between agile and traditional project management. David Hicks is a Founding Director of RADTAC. As an independent consultant in 1997 he was hired by British Airways to manage the implementation of DSDM as the standard method across their 5,000-strong IT organisation.
