If they are required to perform any functions such as restart the video at certain intervals, create a timetable and hand out to all members of staff. Likewise if presentations are needed to introduce the audio or visual material, assign time slots and discuss content.

5.   Procedure for dealing with prospective clients: Some exhibitions will allow you to scan badges and download data for a small cost but you may prefer to collect business cards or have leads fill in contact forms. Whatever your preferred method of dealing with new business enquiries, double check that everyone in the exhibition stand team knows what is expected of them and how the data should be collected, stored and followed up.
