Purchase.ie Launches Facebook Competition

Jan. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- The January competition runs until January 31st and to be in with a chance of winning one of the three quirky prizes on offer all you got to do is like the Purchase.ie facebook page.

"As an online business we feel it is imperative to embrace social media networking and we have decided to make a conscious effort in 2011 to grow our network" according to Colm Griffin of Purchase.ie

"We feel it is important to offer an incentive to join our network and intend to run a number of competitions throughout the year through our facebook page."

The first competition is now open for entry and all people need to do is like the Purchase.ie facebook page to be in with a chance of winning.

'Unfortunately we are not in a position to give away a car or a holiday worth €10,000 but we have three quirky little prizes that we will give away at the end of January to three people that like our facebook page' added Griffin

The first prize is an Owl Electricity Monitor which provides up to the second information on the amount of electricity you are using in Euro and Kilo Watt.

The second prize is a Solar Powered Address Number Lighting System which is powered by daylight and illuminates at night-time helping visitors to more easily identify your location during the day-time and at night.

The third prize is an Efergy Shower Timer which helps you to monitor both the amount of water and the amount of time you are spending in the shower.

"The way the competition runs is quite simple. On January 31st we will post the comment "Have we got a winner?" on our Facebook page. The first three replies to the comment will win the respective prizes."
