90 Acre Meridian Center Property Sold

Jan. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Meridian Airport Park LLC purchased Meridian Center which consists of a 90 acre fully developed vacant business park located on Treeline Boulevard just south of the Southwest Florida International Airport from BancAmerica Realty Finance, Inc for $4,153,840.00. Simultaneously, Meridian Airport Park LLC acquired 82 acres of mitigation land in Hendry County for $1,846,160.00.
Meridian Center was purchased as an investment property and will eventually be built as a corporate business and industrial park with allowable uses for industrial, hospitality, office and retail.
