- Off-the-Shelf Integration and Standards Compliance: The TotalAgility product equips our customers to accelerate the implementation of their solution and to leverage and extend their existing software assets. The product provides off-the-shelf interoperability with familiar Microsoft products including SharePoint, Dynamics® CRM, Visio®, Office® and Outlook®, so customers can improve their business process agility while using these familiar product interfaces. With v5.0 the TotalAgility product delivers the following functionality enhancements:

Enhanced Security: The security of customer and internal business data is a business imperative. Building on the current security capabilities of the product the Security Token feature in the TotalAgility 5.0 product enables administrators to control the security of information by restricting access to various areas of a form, for example, access to a section containing salary details could be restricted to the Finance team. Thus confidential information is protected from unauthorized access. In addition this release allows administrators to create security roles, e.g. a Finance role, and associate tokens and users with the security roles thus delivering flexibility in how security is managed.
CMIS Integration: The TotalAgility 5.0 product now delivers integration to all content management systems that support the Content Management Interoperability Standard (CMIS). Customers can now easily integrate the TotalAgility product with any third-party document management or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) product that supports the CMIS standards, e.g. Microsoft SharePoint, EMC Documentum, OpenText. Customers can now use a common interface to integrate with multiple CMIS compliant systems and easily manage integration with different document management products from within the TotalAgility product.
Enhanced User Experience: Removing complexity and delivering a simplified user experience is an ongoing passion for Singularity. In the TotalAgility 5.0 product release all properties are now available in the ribbon menu via Contextual Tabs. Contextual tabs contain properties only relevant to the selected object. To further align the TotalAgility product with Microsoft Office 2010 standards, screen tips have been introduced to the backstage and the ribbon menu.
