Beau Nelson selected to present at the 2011 IMTA awards

Jan. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Los Angeles, CA (AP) - The International Modeling and Talent Association, or IMTA, is a professional organization of the finest and most successful modeling and talent training centers in the world. Since 1987, IMTA has become the recognized leader in putting new faces in front of the people whose business it is to identify that illusive spark that heralds the next rising star or supermodel. An impressive – and constantly growing – list of discoveries from IMTA Conventions makes it impossible to open a magazine, see a fashion show, turn on the television, or watch a motion picture without seeing a face first seen at IMTA.

Beau attending the IMTA convention in January of 2008 where he received 28 callbacks from Model and Talent agencies around the globe ranging from Los Angeles to New York to Japan.  He also was the overall winner for Commercial Print and finished in the top 10 of 6 other categories he competed in.  

Being asked to present at the Awards Ceremony is an honor in itself; generally reserved for IMTA Alumni who have proved to be successful in the years following.  Some of the more known alumni from IMTA include: Ashton Kutcher, Katie Holmes, Eva Longoria, Elijah Wood, Brandon Routh, Jessica Biel, Brooke Burns and Sean Williams Scott to name a few.
