McGladrey Alliance Announces Partner Development Program Graduates

Jan. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- McGladrey Alliance, a premier affiliation of U.S.-based independent accounting and consulting firms, announced 10 new graduates from the McGladrey Alliance Partner Development Program.  The Partner Development Program includes 6 three-day sessions held over 18 months to develop future CPA firm leaders emphasizing leadership development and business development.  

McGladrey Alliance, in partnership with the Center for Character-based Leadership and Rainmaker Academy, offers this program to develop participants’ core competencies and character to effectively lead their firms and serve their clients.

All Partner Development Program participants are members of the McGladrey Alliance, the national accounting firm association of RSM McGladrey, Inc.  Over the past seven years 123 professionals from 46 accounting and consulting firms in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico have completed this program.  The 2011 class included 10 individuals from 7 firms.
