These days we are faced with more diet's and fads than ever before - as a society we are more over weight than ever. Its a wonder that we arent the thinnest country on earth with all the different get slim now! diets, weight loss plans and more.

Personally, I have found that virtually ANY diet can work, if you :

a) give a full hearted effort to follow the program, and
b) if the actual diet plan itself is suited to you and your lifestyle

Basically, what works for you may not work for me in alot of cases -and vice a versa. but in the same breath I could just as easily say that anyone could have success with any diet - IF they were desperate enough to lose weight and there body and mind were in agreement.
