Constant Pressure Relief Valves

at the inlet pressure and will only increase after the flow limit of the valve is reached.
Flow rates to 90 l/min at pressures to 10 bars,.temperatures to 65 c.  

The valves are not a pressure regulator but a device to keep the pressure constant at its inlet.This is important in system using positive displacement pumpsThe valve diverts any excess flow back to the reservior which prevents the pumps from stalling or bursting a line.For instance in a filling system where all the lines would be closed..in this case the valve would allow 100 % of the flow to go thru to the reservoir.

Applications are found where the flow rate will vary but a constant pressure is required by the system. Filling machines are a common application where the number of filling system will vary from one pressure source..
