"My Home - My Castle" Homeowner Workshops

Jan. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Hoo-Knows Home and Garden Magazine presents "My Home - My Castle" Homeowner Workshop; a series of monthly homeowner workshops that will provide informative tips, techniques, and tools to manage their homes.  These homeowner workshops will be a three dimensional version of a home improvement television show. The workshops will enlighten homeowners on repairs, maintenance, decorating, gardening and landscaping.

"My Home - My Castle" Homeowner Workshops will take place on the first Thursday of every month from February through November at The Baton Rouge Botanical Garden Center at 6:30 in the evening. The Garden Center is located at 7950 Independence Boulevard, BR, LA 70806.

Hoo-Knows Home and Garden Magazine is hosting these homeowner workshops in response to the apparent need for a way to connect the small business community with an opportunity to not only assist homeowners, but also to boost the market value of homes in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.

The Magazine will continue to seek home service and product professionals in the local area to speak at the workshops as subject matter experts.  Those selected must be able to provide demonstrations, samples, and / or giveaways.  Sponsorships are also welcome.
