MGS Machine's New Blister Card Folder/Wallet Machine

Dec. 31, 2010 - PRLog -- Building on application experience, MGS has now developed the third generation of pharmaceutical Blister Card Folder/Wallet Card machines, with an emphasis on modular stations and devices for future flexibility and product changeover. The machines are available at speeds of up to 300 packages per minute.

• Produces pharmaceutical wallet cards or provides assembly and folding of heat sealed cards

• Modular stations for flexibility and quick product changeover

• Configurable for either on-line with blister thermoformer or offline in batch mode

• Folds, literature insertions and attachments, printing, coding, inspection and verification, and sealing are accomplished with field or factory installed modules

• Open access design, good sight lines, within cGMP guidelines

• Tool-less adjustments

• Touch-screen HMI available
