Nexis Holdings PLC (NHN.F) Has Been Admitted To The Continuous Trading Platform On Xetra

Dec. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- LONDON Nexis Holdings PLC (NHN.F) today announced it had received notice from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange that Nexis Holdings PLC had been admitted to trade on the electronic platform known as Xetra ("Exchange Electronic Trading"), a worldwide electronic securities trading system based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Xetra, a worldwide electronic securities trading system based in Frankfurt, Germany, is operated by Deutsche Börse and is licenced to more than 14 stock exchanges around the world. Xetra’s electronic trading technology enables Nexis shares to be traded with high scalability, speed and reliability.  Nexis shares will also continue to be quoted on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Walter Filler, Executive Chairman of Nexis Holdings PLC said that he was delighted that Nexis had been admitted to the trading platform and felt that it would give more investors the opportunity to become shareholders in Nexis Holdings PLC.
