SportExcel to Deliver High Performance Workshop to Curlers
High Performance Trainer Bob Palmer of SportExcel will host a workshop on Jan. 8/11 for curlers in Central Ontario. Cutting-edge strategies will be taught to create consistency and control the momentum of their game and increase skill development.

In the last summer and winter Olympics, Bob’s athletes won gold (skeet shooting) and silver (snowboarding)
Bob brings the latest and most advanced high performance strategies to curlers in Central Ontario who want the edge. “He has a successful record of working with athletes at all levels, as his approach is easy to understand and work into one’s games,” says Les Fraser, a recreational golfer and curler who has worked with Bob. “My game is now way more consistent—curling and golf.”
Whereas most other approaches concentrate solely on the individual, Bob shows teams how they can dominate and control the momentum of the game through leadership. “Athletes no longer operate in isolation,” says Bob. “All team members learn to support each other to create a team synergy, game in and game out. Barb Wright is a business woman who uses Bob’s system for curling and ballroom dancing. “When you use Bob’s strategies,”
