A KwikTag bar code label is attached to the paper document, which links it to the document’s Worldox profile and client matter folder. Users then scan the documents, which are converted to searchable PDF files and automatically filed in the Worldox repository. Automatic audits during and after the scanning ensure that each document is captured properly.
