There is no way to be super skinny and have a big butt and boobs at the same time. Either you decide to keep your round rump and big boobs and tone tone tone, or lose lots of weight and lose those assets too

I think you get to pick which assets you want. If you have a butt and boobs and you want your waist and arms or legs or whatever skinner, you loose weight from your chest or your butt first and then your waist so if you want it natural then there isn't much you can do, you can do exercises to make your butt bigger but you have to find the right ones and it doesn't always work that quickly and then its like a more muscular butt not a fat one.

There is no miracle diet to make this happen. In fact, most diets cut out entire groups of foods and you will fail with this either because of cravings or damage to your body. You shouldn't cut out carbs. YOU NEED THEM, it is so important for good things in your body like say, liver function. Rice is a carb, and its EXTREMELY healthy. Dairy products are usually fairly high in carbs and they can be great for your health, AND lower your weight.

If you want to be thin but with a big butt, you have to tone the muscle under the butt while losing the fat over the butt. You can accomplish this with a good diet, regular sleep, and regular exercise. Try aerobic and cardio work to lose the fat, then tone the muscle with squats for help on the butt. A good way to tone the butt that most people don?t even know their doing is to hop on a stair master and lean forward while you climb. Leaning forward puts more stress on the muscle around the bottom of your butt, and strengthening that will give you a firm lift. I would suggest Pilates. I have your same desire, since I have NO butt. However, when I am committed to my pilates and do them regularly, I start to see my butt look rounder and perkier, not nearly as flat as when I just don?t work out at all. If you have a flat chest then be glad you don?t have to wear a bra. But if your in the middle, size wise, losing weight will make them more perky and look cute.
