A tornado in central Portugal has hit several towns

Dec. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- A tornado has hit several towns in central Portugal Tomar and Ferreira do Zezere have both been hit.
Structural damage has been repored including several rooves of buildings and vehicles have been damaged.

It is not clear if there are any injuries at present.

Several motorists have reported damage to their vehicles at least one is a complete write off.

Fernando Mendes of P.P.Property has requested time off work to assist in the area and was granted that permission. All local emergency services are in attendance
