| Goodfish re-brand backed by Spencer Gardner DickinsWest Midlands-based Hi-Spec Precision Toolmakers has changed its trading name to Goodfish. The acquisition of the firm, based on Willow Park, was completed with the support of Midlands chartered accountants Spencer Gardner Dickins and David Neate of Springboard Corporate Finance to bring to an end an 18-month search by Goodfish for a new acquisition. Hi-Spec built a strong reputation for designing and manufacturing plastic injection mouldings and precision custom tooling but was forced to halt the majority of its operations following an arson attack in January 2009 which completely gutted the factory.
