Nov. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- OrgVitality is pleased to announce that with the level of demand for its services growing, additional resources are being added in anticipation of strong growth in 2011. Recent additions and strategic alliances include:

Susie Maher & Chrysalis Advisors: Based in Spokane, Washington, Chrysalis Advisors, Inc. provides Human Resource services and consultation to businesses with an emphasis on transforming internal operations in order to grow performance, productivity and overall profitability of the company. Chrysalis Advisors supports small-to-medium sized businesses without a human resources department, as well as supplementing existing HR staff. In addition to providing services through OrgVitality, Susie supports clients on all aspects of their projects.

Susan Kerr & Advancing Inspiration: Advancing Inspiration and OrgVitality will be assisting each other where the two organizations can build off of each other’s strengths and provide joint services.  Susan Kerr & Advancing Inspiration, LLC: Based out of Alexandria, Virginia, with offices in New York and California, provide coaching, leadership retreats, and business consulting services on teaming, growth, change, accountability, trust, joy, and bottom-line results. Advancing Inspiration, LLC and OrgVitality will be assisting each other where the two organizations can build off the other’s strengths and provide meaningful results to clients they are privileged to serve.  

Kerry Leidich: Based in San Francisco, Kerry was recently with Hay Group where he represented a broad array of their products and services, consulting with many internationally known and respected organizations. Kerry will remain in San Francisco and will now represent OrgVitality’s products and services.

Jack Brayton: Based in Ocala, Florida, Jack is an operations manager with over thirty years experience in diverse aspects of paper, pulp, wood and power manufacturing as well as running a large convenience store/retail chain.  His experiences covered operations and maintenance management, inventory control, capital project leadership, budget planning, cost control, sales service/customer service, labor relations, procurement, banking relationships and negotiation. Jack is a past member, Board of Directors of the New York Association of Convenience Stores and is a Past President, Board of Directors, Cooper’s Cave Federal Credit Union. Jack will be growing OrgVitality’s market presence in specific industries as well as bringing his management expertise to bear on creating high quality internal processes.
