Nov. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Cambridge, England--The Elite Cambridge Business Circle is holding a symposium next month entitled “After the Spending Cuts - the Prospects for Cambridgeshire Businesses in 2011”. All business people in Cambridgeshire are cordially invited to attend.

The event will take place at the next business breakfast networking meeting of the Elite Cambridge Business Circle, at 8am on the morning of Thursday 16 December in the Dublin Suite at The R Costings Abbey Stadium, Newmarket Road, Cambridge CB5 8LN, home of Cambridge United Football Club. Main Stand Entrance, ample parking available.

The symposium will feature a presentation by Gary Hanson and Stuart Gould, directors of BDO, the award-winning UK Member Firm of BDO International, the world’s fifth largest accountancy network, with more than 1,000 offices in over 100 countries.

The main platform speakers will include:

* John Bridge OBE, Chief Executive, Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce
* Tony Orgee, Cabinet Member for Economy and Environment, Cambridgeshire Council
* Ken Ford, Retired City stockbroker, Cambridge business investor.

There will follow a general debate, open to all, chaired by Jenny Chapman, Business Editor of the “Cambridge News”.

The cost is £10 per delegate, which includes tea, coffee, juices and buffet breakfast.
