How to profit from your onlin blog by using other sites' traffic

Nov. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- How do you profit from a high traffic blog when it doesn’t belong to you or the blog has a low traffic only? Can you really build up traffic without your own traffic sources? Here are some proven techniques to use as piggybacks.

You can piggyback on article directories’ traffic, remember: there are some with a Google PR 6 which means if you write an article that is optimized for search engines you are more than likely to rank on page 1 as soon as you get published. Additional benefit of submitting articles is to get your articles republished. We are going to talk about other blogs and SEO sites later, but many people search these directories online to find quality original content for their site. The better the article the more chances you will have to get republished over and over. So although your own blog has little or no traffic (you can easily put your blog’s web address in the author box and can change that in time), other SEO experts are going to send you bundles of visitors, as they will not only publish your content but your affiliate links as well.

Beneath every article that you contribute, there is a section called the author’s bio. This bio books allows you to ‘sell’ yourself and brand yourself as an expert in whatever niche that you are in.

One of the fastest ways to get started is to search for blogs that are constantly looking for content from contributors. You can also comment on other people’s blog, but remember, do not spam any blogs, you must give information, be helpful and give value. This is the key to cecoming an authority figure of your niche. There are several softwares and online applications you can actually use to find high traffic and good PR niche blogs. You also have to check if they are “no follow” or ” follow” blogs, which means: in the first instance you will not receive a baclink to your site, while if the blog owner permits, your website can be reindexed, as being relevant to the content of thei blog.

Contribute Relevant Content
Let’s take a SEO blog that is written about Internet marketing and making money online. It provides targeted traffic for anyone who wants to learn about Internet marketing. If you want to divert traffic from blogs like these, what you can do is to contribute your own blog posts as a contributor.
Talk about topics that are relevant to their blog as well as your own. This is a good way to capture the reader’s attention.
