PRISM enables skill development paths deployed natively through salesforce.com for an individual or a team. Sales managers may choose from a menu of pre-existing or custom-developed SkillBursts titles to develop specific skills. SkillBursts are high impact, low time commit, best practices driven, micro training interactions delivered in the Cloud.
