Security & Investigations is one of the only security companies that provides their guards with continuous training.  The only way to achieve adequate training sessions is hands on training and in-class training. Most corporate security companies don’t take the time or don’t care to.  Continuous training costs money and most companies look at it as unnecessary and not a requirement.  DVL Inc. Security & Investigations has an extensive background, and their management staff is compiled of off-duty officers, firefighters, EMT/Paramedics, and Military personnel. The goal of the company is to provide their employees with a chance to expand their knowledge and give them the opportunity to move up in the world.  Their guards receive mandatory training in communication for conflict management, public speaking, interpersonal and intercultural communication, and ethics.  These are just the basic courses that every guard is required to take.
