Now you can choose to follow changes by friends and in your favorite cities on Mapped Travel

Nov. 11, 2010 - PRLog -- The new system that went live at Mapped Travel today is geared towards optimizing user's experience of the interactive map community travel guides it hosts.
Ralph Groggenheimer, Mapped Travel's development lead explained the improvement as the: "tool for the clever contributor" as opposed to the already existing Note & Guidebook feature (which allows the combination of location guides into a personalized travel guide) that he described as the smart "visitor's tool" and hence more geared towards the occasional user.
The Follow Changes extension lets you add friends and see what changes they have made. You can subscribe to city changes by clicking on the follow button inside the city side menu. The feature was implemented based upon community feedback requesting it.
