ACS Gala slated for February 19th at Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club

Nov. 5, 2010 - PRLog -- BOCA RATON, Fla. – The South Palm Beach American Cancer Society’s Amoré Gala will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2011, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, 2425 Maya Palm Drive West in Boca Raton, Florida.

As one of most exciting events of the year in South Palm Beach, sponsors and other supporters will enjoy an evening of entertainment, dancing, fine dining and silent and live auctions, along with an opportunity to support the important R.O.C.K. programs (Reaching Out to Cancer Kids), R.O.C.K. Camp, R.O.C.K. Family Weekend, and R.O.C.K. Scholarships. In addition, donations will go to work locally and in cancer research centers across the country.

Karen Lynne Asher, owner of Karen Lynne Gallery in Boca Raton, and Jamie Telchin, president of development with LXR Luxury Resorts, are this year’s event chair and vice chair respectively.

Tickets to the gala are $250 per person and $3,000 for a table. Table sponsors will receive recognition as a Table Sponsor in the event program book, company name on the table sign, and preferred seating for 10 at the gala, as well as admission for 2 to an exclusive VIP party at One Thousand Ocean on January 27.
