Nov. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- The Art Licensing Manager, a data management system for artists, will be demonstrated for artists on Wednesday, November 17, 2010.

A joint venture between artist Tara Reed, founder of ArtLicensingInfo.com and Hal Gumbert of CampSoftware.com the software is designed for individual artists or small studios.  Now keeping track of art pieces and collections, licensees, contracts, licensed products, royalties and more are all possible in this effective and flexible system.

“The database has already saved me time and money, helped me to avoid potential contract conflicts and allows me to analyze what is working best in my business quickly and easily.” Reed says.  “By spending less time on paperwork, I have more time to create, which is, after all, the point of my business.”

The Art Licensing Manager is available in three formats – stand-alone MAC and PC versions or a database version for those who own the full FileMaker Pro software.  Artists can download a free demo version, complete with a detailed user guide to fully understand how the database works, before committing to the purchase.

Artists can watch a live demo of the software on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 5:30pm Pacific / 7:30 pm Central / 8:30 pm Eastern.  Artists can go to http://www.AskAboutArtLicensingDataManagement.com to register and get all the details.
