There are plenty of places online that offer to help you lose weight, But what is different about this one is that it fills in the gaps that the others don't. It is supposed to help you lose that last 5-20 pounds that is often the hardest to lose.
It is pretty easy to start weight loss when you are very overweight. It can be easier to lose the first 50 pounds than it is to lose those last few pounds that still make you feel heavy.
